Comfortable living outside of the hectic downtown area, but within walking distance. Laundry on site, gym, and ofcourse – beautiful views of downtown. Very well maintained site. Many extras including luncheons/community events, free art work, and friendly neighbors. Property management here is exceptionally quick to respond and very much above what I have experienced in the past or expected. Osvaldo “Ozzy” is the on site PM. Empathetic and goes above and beyond. Definitely deserves recognition. I asked to renew my lease before the 10th month so I can keep my spot. Love it here!.”
